TeraCopy is a program designed to copy and move files at the maximum possible speed. It skips bad files during the copying process and then displays them at the end of the transfer so that you can see which ones need attention. It uses dynamically adjusted buffers to reduce the seek times.

I use a transfer program called Gs Richcopy 360 and it seems to work pretty well. I believe it is better than Teracopy.
Crashes regularly, version 3.8.5.
Does not have a great impact, especially in network speed.
